Music: February 14 2011: NICI Chrome

Nici Chrome
Good strong voice

aka Airaka Nichole

sim: 23; venue: Kickin

From: ?

Songs: Arrived about 20 minutes in. Immediately have same sound connection issue had with last singer. mmphs. I'm not describing that correctly. I make it sound like I can't hear or something. It is when the singer goes for high note I hear static, echo, thing. Only impacts audience experience, mine, every once in a while. Neat Judd's song, only lightly impacted by that static-y issue. Gah, I wonder if I did something that is causing this issue. mmphs. Singer began singing a song I like and immediately get that painful squeaking. It is obviously not the singer, but something like the microphone, or the stream, or something. mmphs. Anyone that does an Evenessence song tends to get a higher rating from me. heh. hmm, valentine's cake. Eating with fingers. hehe. Also, anyone who can get my foot to move in RL gets higher rating *nods*. Or gets me to actually dance in SL. hehe

Ande Foggarty
Interesting Voice, good guitar player

sim: 27; venue: Guthries Folk Club

From: USA: Kentucky

Songs: Arrived to some odd train sounds. Second song started. Interesting guitar work. Talking. Curious if there will be singing. heh. Ah, singing. hmm. Well, different from the norm. Kind of sounds like a leprechaun. hehe, then interrupted by telephone.

Another song started. hmm. moaning. Kind of creepy over a phone, or as part of a song. heh. hmm. At one point he decided to pretend to be a bird. odd. A lot of good guitar playing, but he seems to get bored with singing and starts talking, or pretending to be a bird, or something.

Vague rating: 8.2/10
song choice: folk, silly
Entertainment: 7/10
Instrument: Guitar: 9/10
Voice: 8.6/10

He has a good voice and guitar, but the constant breaking away from song to talk, or pretend to be a bird or what-have-you, lowers entertainment rating.

Music: February 13 2011: Gina Stella

Gina Stella
Oustanding voice

so, the websites put her down as "Alternative, Acoustic / Folk"

Display name: Gina Aristodemo

sim: 25 avatars; venue: Wild Heart Desires

From: USA: Illinois

Songs: Arrived for last half of show. First song I arrived to hear was winding up and was as good as I recalled Gina. Nice enough talking voice in between songs. Then second song started and she . . well, I do not know what to say. Saying "she blew me away" sounds wrong somehow. hehe, she did "Smelly Cat" to eat up the last few seconds. hehe
